We’re on the hunt for a Site Medical Director to join a multidisciplinary outpatient clinic in Santa Rosa!

This non-profit has 10 locations and has been providing Primary Care, Dental, and Mental Health services to the residents of Sonoma County for over 30 years. They boast excellent ratings and have been voted a “Best Place to Work” by their 600 employees on multiple occasions.

As the Medical Director, you’ll be responsible for: 

• Supervision and development of the provider team 
• Participation in quality improvement meetings
• Working closely with the CMO to develop and implement guidelines and protocols
• Leading staff meetings, QI processes and trainings

    Requirements:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• CA Medical License
• 5+ years of clinical experience
• Leadership experience in an outpatient Primary Care setting
