Salary:
$87,000 - $95,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare reports and organize requests for administration, staff, and the Board of Directors.
Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance standards.
Plan and direct quality assurance policies and initiatives.
Participate in internal Quality Improvement Committee meetings and maintain regulatory compliance.
Oversee the agency's electronic database usage and provide supervision for clinical and support staff.
Develop and coordinate new forms and procedures.
Conduct training on policies and procedures, including progress notes and coordinated care.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and insights.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manage departmental staff, fostering strong communication between the field and senior management.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations.
Provide leadership and develop procedures for the unit.
Train and evaluate employees, addressing performance issues as needed.
Maintain a positive and safe work environment, handling employee relations and grievances.
Approve leave and overtime, and manage budgets as applicable.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a mental health or related field with licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in Social Services.
2 years of supervisory experience in Quality Assurance.
Proficient in advanced computer applications.
