Since 2012 our client has offered each patient concierge-level service by providing prompt and effective services with a patient centered focus at their Bakersfield location.

Relaxed Schedule: Here, they value work-life balance and offer a schedule that allows you to enjoy your personal time with limited on call obligations.  A 'full time' schedule for this client is equal to 12shifts a month and they are currently offering a $100k SIGN ON BONUS! They can offer you a set schedule as well!

***They prefer someone full time (three 12hr shifts/week) but are willing to consider someone that's available for one or two days a week***

Manageable Patient Load: On average, physicians see at this urgent care see around 4 patients an hour but with very low acuity (bumps, busies and sprains are the most common visits).
