Program Overview:

Our award-winning Early Psychosis program is leading the way in early detection and treatment for schizophrenia spectrum disorders, using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Psychosis (CBTp) and Strength-Based Care Management. We also have specialized programs for those at high risk of psychosis or dealing with mood disorders. Position Overview:

As a Clinical Manager (Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), you'll be a key player on a multidisciplinary team, working closely to coordinate and provide tailored care to clients. You’ll assess their needs, set meaningful treatment goals, and deliver therapeutic support for psychosis, mood disorders, trauma, substance use, and more. You'll provide care in a variety of settings, from the office to the community, all while partnering with local organizations to ensure the best outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients and families in the office and community settings
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide evidence-based treatments such as CBT, DBT, Crisis Intervention, and more
  • Help clients access services like healthcare, housing, and employment support
  • Collaborate with community providers and make referrals when necessary
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and meet productivity standards
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and outreach events

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field with current California licensure; Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
  • 2+ years of experience in early psychosis or 3+ years in mental health services for youth/young adults
  • Strong assessment and treatment skills, with knowledge of DSM-5 and evidence-based practices
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with county behavioral health systems and community resources is a plus
  • Valid California Driver’s License
