This organization was started from the passion and drive of a local Psychiatrist who saw an opportunity for excellence in psychiatric care. This small clinic has grown to 10 locations and over 50 providers due to the clear vision of providing top-tier, whole-person care to the entire family.

We’re looking for a forward-thinking, business-minded physician to provide clinical oversight and operational leadership. You’ll work closely with the CEO and founder, along with the rest of the Chiefs to ensure the organization excels and remains a top practice in Orange County.

You’ll have a voice in the direction of the organization and be a key-player in maintaining the warm, family-oriented culture within all clinic locations.

Requirements:

• BC in Psychiatry
• CA Medical License
• Psychiatric Leadership experience
• Experience with growth in a multi-specialty group
• Knowledge of Outpatient Mental Health Treatment
• Experience with children/adolescents OR adult population
