Our leading nonprofit school focusing on speech and language development serves children and young adults from 12 months to 40 years old. We have been a leader in special education and disability services in Southern California. We are seeking a BCBA Clinical Program Manager to lead and manage ABA services for clients, oversee staff, and provide guidance and support to our team.

Description:
This position involves providing hybrid services at our Buena Park clinic and clients' homes across Orange, Los Angeles, and Riverside counties. Periodic travel between Buena Park and Temecula clinics is required.

The BCBA Clinical Program Manager will coordinate and deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, including assessments, behavior management, and skill development. This role involves supervising Associate Clinical Supervisors and Behavior Technicians, mentoring staff, and helping families with ABA programming and behavioral strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and supervise ABA programs for clients.
  • Supervise, train, and support Associate Clinical Supervisors, Behavior Technicians, and Behavior Specialists.
  • Assist in training staff in ABA methods, including discrete trial and natural environment training.
  • Facilitate the development of resources and support information for clients and their families.
  • Maintain regular communication with client families and colleagues (administrative and clinical).
  • Review and write narrative reports on client progress and behavior.
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior treatment plans.
  • Provide direct teaching in clients' home or school environments.
  • Model teaching techniques and supervise practicum/in-service instruction for other staff.
  • Create and manage data collection systems to assess program efficacy.
  • Provide consultation and ongoing support to staff and families.
  • Stay current with the latest research in ABA and continuing education to maintain BCBA certification.
  • Oversee hiring, training, performance management, and discipline of staff.
  • Ensure 30+ billable hours per week.
  • Travel to client locations and SLDC offices as required.
  • Perform additional duties to support SLDC's mission and services.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of ABA experience providing direct therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic-based settings.
  • Master's degree in ABA or related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Ability to work with a variety of clients with different needs and ages.
  • Flexibility with work schedule and availability.
  • Proficiency in basic computer software (Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, or web-based programs).

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing, walking, and occasional running or sprinting.
  • Squatting, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
