Job Title: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Clinical Program Manager (IOP) Schedule: Part-time, Approximately 30 hours per week Location: Buena Park, CA Pay: $60 - $65 per hour Job Type: Part-time (This is a contract-to-hire role)
About Us:
Our nonprofit school, specializing in speech and language development, serves children and young adults from 12 months to 40 years old. We are a leader in special education and disability services in Southern California. We seek a Clinical Program Manager (LMFT) to oversee our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and manage clinical staff, while providing direct services to clients.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of the IOP vision and services.
Manage IOP budget and community outreach efforts.
Oversee clinical staff performance and productivity, ensuring high-quality care.
Create and refine policies, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Supervise and mentor clinical staff, including hiring and training.
Provide direct clinical services, including therapy and consultations.
Resolve conflicts between clients, families, and staff.
Ensure crisis management protocols are followed.
Perform other duties to support SLDC’s mission.
Requirements:
Experience in child/adolescent development and mental health care (e.g., CBT, DBT, ABA).
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
Experience with IOP services, clinical program management, and community outreach.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
LMFT/LCSW/PhD/PsyD licensure (Required).
Minimum 5 years post-licensure experience and 3 years in administrative roles.
Physical Requirements:
Standing, walking, and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
