Pay Range: $75,000 – $85,000 DOE
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8-hour days between 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Manages: 3 staff (1 Payroll, 2 A/P)
We are hiring a Finance Manager to oversee Accounts Payable and Payroll for a nonprofit organization with 15+ programs, 30+ funding streams, and ~260 employees across multiple counties. This is a hands-on, leadership role—you’ll support and grow a small team, manage complex data, and ensure timely, accurate payroll and A/P processing.
This is a fully in-office role and flexibility is essential, especially during critical cycles like payroll. We’re looking for someone committed, compassionate, and ready to make an impact.
Oversee all A/P and payroll operations across programs, locations, and cost centers
Manage and develop a 3-person finance team
Partner with HR to ensure smooth payroll processes for ~260 employees
Troubleshoot payroll system issues and stay until critical tasks are complete
Collaborate with Controller and cross-functional teams
Analyze, reconcile, and manage large data sets
3+ years leadership experience in accounting or finance
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, data analysis) – assessment required
Experience with nonprofit finance strongly preferred
Strong sense of accountability, flexibility, and compassion
Skilled in research, creative problem-solving, and data management
