We are hiring a Medical Director to lead one of our primary care clinics in Santa Rosa. This role blends leadership, mentorship, and patient care. Help shape a high performing and deeply supportive environment where both providers and patients thrive.

What You’ll Do
· Provide leadership, structure, and mentorship to a multidisciplinary provider team
· Lead clinical operations and a multidisciplinary team
· Supervise and support ≈30 providers including MDs, midlevel practitioners, PAs to support and deliver high quality, patient centered care
· Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer to implement care protocols and quality initiatives
· Assist the integration of the Residency Program while advancing training efforts and strengthening partnerships with major regional healthcare systems, including Sutter, UCSF, and others
· Support a projected 18,000 patient visits annually with a focus on excellence, equity, and access
What You’ll Bring
· Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
· 5+ years of clinical experience in a primary care setting
· Prior leadership or supervisory experience, familiarity with FQHCs is a plus.
· Strong communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills
· EMR proficiency (EPIC preferred)
· Spanish language skills are a plus, not required
