We are partnered with a rapidly growing medical group, and one of the leading providers of primary care in the Inland Empire to help them find a Nurse Practitioner Clinical Manager. This is a unique opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to play a key role in the leadership structure of a thriving medical group.

In this role you will play a key part in helping to demonstrate this core culture, as well as assisting in the oversight of their Advanced Practitioners. Alongside the Chief Medical Officer you will oversee a team of Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants. If you are looking to advance your leadership skills, this could be the perfect fit!

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of advanced practitioners (NPs/PAs) alongside the Chief Medical Officer.
• Conduct in-person quarterly reviews with team. Provide training, and give feedback regarding performance and productivity.
• Provide patient care services for all ages, examine, diagnose, and prescribe the treatment for patients. Ability to work independently in close collaboration with supervising physician, management, medical assistant, and other staff.
• Participate in interviewing and hiring staff.

Requirements:

• Valid California Nurse Practitioner License
• 4+ years experience as a Nurse practitioner
• 2+ years of leadership experience in any setting
