AMI Network is partnered with a rapidly growing group of 4 addiction treatment centers for teenagers in Santa Clarita to help them find a stellar Primary Therapist! This program harbors an impressive balance of structure, creativity, and fun! Here they utilize traditional methods of treatment while integrating out of the box means to produce long-lasting success for their patients. As a high-level Clinician on-site you’ll collaborate with a passionate team of 7 at two residential 4-bed centers in Santa Clarita. The clientele has a range of diagnoses including substance abuse, mood disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression, and serves a variety of clientele from middle-income to A-listers. As the clinician, you will have a caseload of 3 patients, and interface with patients one-on-one three hours a day. The average length of stay is fifty-eight days and, accordingly, there is a robust aftercare treatment plan and an alumni program, you are afforded the space to be involved with your patients’ health for the rest of their lives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Interviewing patients and family members; preparing psychosocial assessments, addressing all pertinent issues of participants.
  • Evaluating data and working with a care team to develop a single plan of care that supports the patient’s overall health and well-being.
  • Educating and assisting patients and family members in understanding and adjusting to the diagnosis/disability, treatment plan and medical recommendations.
  • Preparing and maintaining all pertinent records, statistics and progress notes.
  • Assisting in the development of various program curricula.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree, along with 2-4 years related experience.
  • Licensed LCSW, LMFT, LCPP
  • Licensed the California Board of Behavioral Sciences strongly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Final salary per employer discretion and commensurate with experience.
