AMI Network is Partnered with a renowned provider of residential health care in Pasadena to find a knowledgeable and passionate Director of Nursing to join their team, and could see this being an excellent fit, given your unique clinical leadership experience!

You'll be overseeing 9 outstanding group homes, who house 4 patients at a time! These are adult patients with developmental disabilities that require medical supervision which you’ll oversee. You’ll have 10 experienced RNs directly reporting and you’d report to a VP of living Operations that has been there for 20+ years, has fair expectations, is incredibly easy to work with and will provide you with the resources you need to be successful. Responsibilities:

  • The Director of Nursing has overall responsibility for organizing, implementing, and evaluating the Nursing services provided at the residences.
  • The Director of Nursing provides Nursing staff with leadership, education, direction and guidance in all client matters and ensures full compliance with all regulatory requirements including but not limited to Title 9, HIPAA and CARF.
  • Additionally, he/she must possess strong leadership skills as primary duties include the oversight, training and enforcement of quality care offered to clients on a daily basis.
  • Promotes and maintains an environment that is compliant with Federal, state and local regulatory agencies
  • Creates a culture where compassion, honesty, humility, and quality care are the top priorities

Qualifications:

  • Leadership: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a formal leadership role such as Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, Nurse Supervisor, etc.
  • Licensure: California Registered Nurse / RN
  • Familiarity with Title 17 and Title 22

Final salary per employer discretion and commensurate with experience.
