Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

The Role
Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will:

Implement individualized treatment plans focused on safety, independence, and functional mobility

Provide therapeutic interventions including exercise, gait training, neuromuscular re-education, manual techniques, and physical modalities

Educate participants and caregivers on assistive devices, mobility strategies, and adaptive equipment

Lead and assist with group therapy sessions
-
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
-
Document services accurately and maintain therapy equipment and supplies

Travel locally to participant homes and multiple program sites as needed
Qualifications
-
Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
-
Current California PTA license (required)

CPR and First Aid certification
-
Valid California driver’s license, current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation

Experience with frail elderly or geriatric populations preferred

Strong communication skills and collaborative approach
